change reply email on automation
Hi,
I setup automation on my clients' smartsheets systems. Now I have many emails coming from their subcontractors who reply to me when they receive an automatic update request. How can I
- stop it happening for existing setups
- prevent it for future clients

Hi Lauren,
The reply email from automations will either be associated with the owner of the sheet or with the user who made the change that triggered the automation (see here for more information).
I would suggest that when you have completed the sheet set-up you make sure to transfer ownership of the sheet so that the user who should be receiving these responses is the email associated with the automation.
