Workspace Sharing shows the name of the user that they have set up in their Personal Profiles (see here). This may not be the same name that you have given them within your Contacts.
Please make sure that each of these contacts have set up a name in their Personal Settings. Then this will appear in your Workspace.
If you are a System Admin for a multi-user plan, you can update this on their behalf in Account > User Management, see this article for more details, here.

Good afternoon, I cannot enter the program from the computer and from the phone. Gives an error message. Maybe this is due to the fact that I am now in the Crimea ?? thanks

With this type of error "Failed to complete this action. Check your network connection", I would reach out to our Support Team so they can review the technical details behind this.
It appears that you are currently using WiFi, and dual sims, so I'm unsure if this may be causing a knock back effect, but I feel our Support Team should be able to determine this.

Why aren't the real names of the contacts shown in the sharing contacts column? It is not convenient to see only e-mail boxes. Thanks you.
