I also have a use for conditional formatting on attachments and found out today that it doesn't appear to be available.  This is an old thread. Is smartsheet taking any action on this?

+1 to this as I really would like to have this feature. Can we get an update where this is at on your roadmap as it has been over a year now and this feature still does not exist.

Doesn't seem like it would be that hard to implement and seems to be a popular request.

I vote for this as well. PLUS I'd love some tooltip/ comment that would pop up or somehow remind the person attaching that they need to upload the attachment to our administration software as well. Currently they think pixies take care of this.

Please add my vote too. The symbols for Attachment and Comment are too small and easy to miss. Being able to use conditional formatting would help
