CAB Change Advisory Board

Anyone has an idea of CAB template/format. The company's requirenemnts is to track and report on tickets in their current review, approved/rejected/deferred. Status of in progress or completed. CAB takes place twise a week so the date of CAB is imprtant for historical purposes as well.

 

It is not difficlut to create in smartsheet or any other document type. However, I am hoping for less manual work.

We've created a  "change request webform" that captures all necessary information regarding changes that need to be made by our IT department. When submitted it automatically emails our CIO for review and either approve, not approve, request more information etc...These auto populate into a sheet where they are reviewed weekly. Automatic reminders are sent out when the status changes to keep everyone informed....works very well for us.
