When sharing a smartsheet, emails not being received.
I am trying to share a smartsheet and when I look under shared users, it lists the people I'm trying to share it with, but they are not receiving any email notifications. I have checked under settings and email is selected. Has anyone heard of a smartsheet issue with sharing files? The notification appears when you're logged into smartsheet under notifications, but still no email.

Yes. I am fairly certain they would receive the email if they don't have an account. Is it possible that they have hit the "unsubscribe" button in a previous email? Are you making sure the box is checked to notify people near the bottom left corner of the sharing screen?

You are also going to want to make sure the box to notify people is checked as well. When you say you checked under "settings", do you mean your personal settings? Have you had each of the other users check their personal notification settings too?

Most of them are new users to smartsheet. I would have thought the email would have been default until they created their account and selected their preferences.
