Is it possible to show milestone date history in the same column?

We have date columns which are linked to another column.

Design | Implement | Test

If design date changes, then implement and test will change as well.

Is it possible to show the history in a user friendly view such as the below?

09/15/20 (show new date on top)

09/10/20 (strike through old date)

I think we could use my method below to show the history, but without the strikethrough, unfortunately.
