Automation Isn't Working and I'm Stumped

Okay, I am stumped. I am unable to have a simple automation run on my sheet, much less a complex automation. It used to work, now it doesn't. In my Personal Settings, I have all the boxes checked in the Notification Preferences, so I don't understand why I am not being notified.  Any help from the smarter folks out there to take a look at would be great.

If I create a new sheet, and a new workflow, automation works fine. Why am I unable to have the workflow automation work on my existing sheet? I hate to have to rebuild my entire sheet. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

    Strange!

    Try making a copy of the Workflow to see if that works.

  • @Andrée Starå I have tried to duplicate the workflow, create a brand new workflow and nothing triggers a workflow on that sheet. I am really stumped. I don't know why just on this sheet workflows are running.

    At first I thought it was because of my index/match for the contact column, but I created a new sheet and added 4/5 columns and recreated the same index/match and the workflow kicked off with no issue. So I went back to the sheet to create the new workflow identical to what I just created and nothing......

    I am having a similar issue. Automated alert has been working fine in several sheet. Now I'm getting nothing. I'll try to duplicate as well and see if that works. I've checked everything else I can think of.
