Move / Copy Rows Within a Template

I have a project template Workspace setup, and I would like to be able to copy rows from one sheet to another within the Workspace. The problem I'm running into is that when the Workspace is copied to create a new project, the "copy to" sheets do not update to the newly created sheets. Instead rows are copied back to the template. All other Reports, Dashboard, links, etc. update to the newly created sheet, so I assumed copying and moving rows would do that same? Am I missing something or is this working as intended?

I've found the same things - when I copy a workspace or folder, there are actually 2 things that don't update to point to the new space:

1) Automation - Copy & Move Row Rules

2) Dashboards - Web Content Widgets (forms, published reports, published calendars)

I make it part of my instructions to make sure to look for and update those 2 things.
