Exporting from Smartsheet to MS Project

I am trying to Export from Smartsheet to MS Project, but the option is greyed out so i dont have access. The admin made me admin and i still do not have access. The original admin does have access and was able to do the export. the owners and editors cannot. please advise.

Hello,

Did you switch to Gantt view? The option for MS Project export is only available on sheets in Gantt view. See this article for more information.

We are also having the same problem. Our user has been granted full access to the Smartsheet that is required to be exported and the view is in Gannt view. Are only owners of the specific Smartsheet able to export to MS Projects?
