Prefix/Suffix Form Names

Hi All,

We slap on a generic name for our forms in templates so it's standardized in SCC. However, this opens up a chance to our users when they access a form, say "Daily Report", which then stays in their recently accessed items. In the scenario where a user will access to projects, the forms for both of those will say "Daily Reports" and if available in the recents tab a user may not select the right form for the project.

I'd love to have the option to have SCC provision the names of forms from the blueprint folder like it can with sheets/reports/dashboards to help avoid this confusion. Does anyone have any suggestions other than manually renaming the forms after a project is created?
