Updating Fields Based on Input

Options

I have a form in which I let people enter in either a Monthly Budget or Total Budget. If it's Monthly, each Monthly Budget field obviously gets filled in with a value, but if it's a Total Budget, those Monthly Budget Fields are left Blank.

Q: I know how to allocate the Budget for each month, but is there anyway to populate the Monthly Budget fields after the form is submitted? The formula for doing this is easy, but I think it'll get overwritten by the Form if someone submits Monthly Budgets and it populates those fields.
