Is there a way of using QR codes to generate forms without having to download Smartsheet app?

Thank you for speaking up! I have been flagging this issue for a few months now and never got a real response from the smartsheet tech folks. Something must have changed in the program because I have the same issues with forms I created over a year ago now require the user to download the app. I am lucky if I can even get them to fill out the form in most cases. 😉

Hello I am having this problem again, I remember it being an issue a few years ago. Just posting in here to see if anyone else is having this problem again in 2024. I did submit a ticket.
