Forms: Ranking choices in a question
I'm working on a survey in a form. I have a question with five choices. I want the user to be able to put them in order of importance. For example, the choices are transparency, adaptability, positive attitude, dependability, and efficiency. I want the user to put these in order of what they deem to be most important vs. lease important. What is the best way to do this? Thank you.

Create a sheet with one column per choice. Then create a form to capture choice rank (1-5).
I hope this helps.

I'm tackling the same problem too. The issue with Ramzi's solution is that there isn't a way to prevent a user from selecting all 5 items as priority 1. I'm hoping there's a feature we're missing or a work-around solution. Thanks.
