Searchable form !

I want to have a search option in my dashboard; where if i put a name it pulls all the information from the sheet and shows in a simple manner. Like in hospital they type in the name and all the information comes up.

is it possible in smartsheet? and if so can anyone help me?

Yes, It's possible with a Workaround.

I developed a solution for a client where I used a form to select the values, and then after it's submitted, we'd refresh the Dashboard, and it would update and show the desired values.

It would also be possible to show the fields in a sheet on the Dashboard instead.

Would something like that work/help?
