Permanent URL to Grid attachment?

I've got a spreadsheet grid with attachments on some of the rows.

Is it possible to create a permanent URL to this? You can copy the address when you click on it, but this expires within minutes. It's also possible to create a download link, but this expires in 30 days.

Is this a function that exists?

Are you trying to get a permanent link to the Sheet or to the attachment?

The attachment. I basically want to a link on a dashboard that opens the PDF up.
