Proofing File Never Loads

We decided to experiment with proofing to see if it might meet a need for our organization. I setup a blank sheet, enabled proofing, and added a single proof by clicking in the proof column and uploading a 4MB PDF. The file uploaded, but the display just shows the spinning loading icon... which never goes away.

I tried using the Request Feedback button to send an email, which worked, but the resulting link (in the email) took me to another screen with the same loading issues.

I opened a support ticket, but thought I would post the issue here as well just in case anyone had any ideas. It seems like a great feature if we can get it to work.

Have you tried the browser in private/incognito mode to see if that works.

I tried accessing the proof via incognito mode, and got the same result.

I tried another browser, and noticed in this browser that some pages were loading and some were not. I went back to Chrome and noticed that if I scroll down some pages are loading... it just the first few pages as well as an occasional page throughout that does not load.

This is consistent between browsers.

Were you able to view all the pages (especially the first few)?

I'm using Chrome in Incognito Mode, but I can try in another browser a little later as well.

I switched to another system off of our corporate network, and sure enough... it works fantastically.

I am not sure what network feature this is requiring that is being interfered with. I may have to find out from support what the network requirements are for Proofing.

Do you mind me asking if you are on a Mac or PC? In further troubleshooting, I am seeing that those on Mac in our environment are able to see it, those on a PC cannot.

hey guys sorry for storming in but i have the same issue but in the mobile app but here is what is happening:

I did the same setup and started on a blank sheet, I uploaded a Link (is a work around for getting signatures) and in my android work perfect without issues, but when i try to go into the link in my iPhone it just doesn't open it , it does shows the name of proof like but when I tap it does nothing but in my android works so I don't know what could be the issue there?
