@Isaac Jose I have encountered another proofing issue and since you were instrumental in identifying and applying a fix last time, I was wondering if there is anyway that I can get my most recent ticket routed up your way? Thanks again -scott
This piggybacks on enhancement requests for using Groups in Automated Workflows. Our Marketing and Communications team has a form for employees to submit requests for the marketing material design (e.g., a flyer for an upcoming event). Proofs are uploaded to the request and the same group of people need to review and…
I work in higher ed, and my team uses the proofing widget often, and we've had a relatively successful process in place for reviewing designed content (like flyers, brochures, postcards, etc), but we're realizing a few things: Often times we are going beyond our "sweet spot" of a max of 4 versions of a proof and things get…
Make it possible to download proofs as a pdf including all markup and comments.

Often times the Teams are editing directly in Word Docs or uploading PDFs, once they are ready for approvals you can only convert to a Proof once before that function no longer works. Doesn't help when you have multiple rounds of edits...
Hello esteemed Smartsheet Community members. I'm going down a new path in Smartsheet for me and that is with using Proofs. I worked through a brief demo with a colleague last week and ran into some unrealized items, so I'm here to pose a few questions and am looking for whatever feedback I can receive. What level/s of…
Managing feedback for multiple proofs in multiple sheets can be extremely tedious, especially if relying on the large number of emails at your inbox for "Proof Accepted" or "Proof Rejected." Clicking through to each proof only to learn that you are still waiting on others to review, is very time consuming. If not keeping…
I am using the Proofs a lot, if there is a way to quickly check the status: ''Review Completed'' Still open Currently, I have to go through the list and open each Proof to check - unsure if I am missing a trick here. This would help. Thanks,
Today, anybody with access to a sheet, can view and participate on a proof. We would prefer to restrict access to proofs using the invitation process or other method. Please add proof-level permissions. Thanks
