How do I pull risks and issues from multiple projects into another sheet?

I am trying to create a programme view over a number of projects. I want to be able to gather all the risks and issues from the various project raid logs into another sheet so, it can be displayed on a dashboard. How is the best way to do this?

Hi you could use a report instead of moving all the info into a fresh sheet or do you need that for a specific purpose?

I only want specific fields from the RAID log into another report or sheet. So, if that's doable in a report then great but, again not sure if this is?

If I can find a solution to drag certain fields from one sheet to another based on whether it's a Risk, Issue or Action this would also solve another issue I'm up against.
