Use case / best practice how to build a resume form?

Hi there, this is my first post, and I am confident it will be a lucky one :D

I want to build a form where external users (freelancer vendors) to input their resume data.

Basically, they will receive a link to SmartSheet form where to input: personal info, experience, education, languages, technical & soft skills etc.

Do you have any use case or best practice how to build a resume form?

First of all, thank you for taking time to read and answer my question.

Your example is a good beginning. The most challenging part of my initiative in Smartsheet is not how to capture info that is one per resume, like name, position, phone number etc, but those that can be multiple per resume: experience, education, languages etc.

You can use multi-select dropdown columns for the multiple option fields.
