Does anyone have a support phone number for Smartsheet

I don't seem to be able to find one anywhere. I'm handling coordination for multiple teams on a project and I have multiple resources having trouble receiving the account creation e-mail confirmation.

Have you tried entering a support ticket? https://help.smartsheet.com/contact/smartsheetapp

    They are pretty responsive.

    Cheers,

  • @Ramzi K Yes i did, they answered by assuming a certain issue. Did not resolve problem. Communicating by e-mail makes the process much longer.

  • I have been a loyal Smartsheet user since 2005, using it across multiple companies, both large and small. Over the years, I’ve been an advocate for your platform. However, after 20 years, I am incredibly disappointed in how things have evolved.

I currently have two outstanding support tickets with no responses. I am no longer able to share and edit a sheet with clients on the Pro Plan, and there’s no phone support available. Every attempt to resolve this has led to being bounced between cryptic automated responses, each pointing me to the same unhelpful link.

The latest issue is particularly concerning. My client, who needs access to a project document, is now required to subscribe to Smartsheet just to be able to edit and share a single sheet. This change drastically alters the functionality I’ve relied on for years, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I can’t simply add them for a small fee and remove them when the project is finished. This is a major setback in how I do business.

I’ve been a dedicated user since day one, but now it feels like Smartsheet has abandoned its long-time supporters in favor of larger corporate clients with deeper pockets. Your approach to customer support has become completely unresponsive and ineffective, and I’m left with the impression that you no longer value the users who helped build your brand.

At this point, I’m extremely frustrated, and I fear that Smartsheet’s future is in jeopardy, as the needs of smaller users like myself seem to be ignored in favor of larger clients. I hope you reconsider your approach to customer service and the platform’s functionality before your loyal user base is forced to move on to alternatives.
