I am getting crazy font soze on my fillable PDF in Document Builder
Hi all,
MY font sizes and weights are coming out different for different column entries when I drag them into the fillable spaces. I have made all of the font weights and sizes uniform in the original fillable PDF, but still the same outcome.
Forgive the ignirance, but is there a place in Smartsheet that I can alter the fonts back to normal and uniform sizes?

Ironic that I spelled ignorance incorrectly.

Hi
You need to set the property in each field of the text box in the PDF that you are using.
Then you will get the correct output onto the PDF.
Kind regards

@Purnima Gore , I adjusted the font size in my original PDF to match throughout the document but once generated in Smartsheet, I still had a variety of text size and font within the document.
Are there any other solutions that I can try?

I did the same. Prior to generating. Still the same issue. :(

I have the same issue, @Taylor Riley and @MOTION Marketing did you ever resolve this?
-
same like @MOTION Marketing @Taylor Riley @Kirstine - I too facing the same issue.
Could anybody help on this, how to fix it.

I'm having the same issue. For me, it seems to just be the Primary Column text that is being affected, everything else is filling in correctly. I've verified the font settings in both the Fillable PDF and the Sheet to see if either of that made a difference but it had no effect.

Same issue here. The fillable pdf looks good in Adobe while when it go to smartsheet mapping function, the generated form front size looks varies as well as some front space. Hope it can be solved soon. Thank you!

I have the same problem. Adjusting the fonts and sizes in Adobe does not help with the issue in Smartsheet.

Has there been any updates on this issue? I have the same problem.

Same issue - is there a fix?

I also have the same issue - please help?

I have the same issue, has there been a fix?

Figured it out! The font adjusts to the size of the field box you insert in Adobe and totally disregards the font size. To fix this, open the PDF with "Prepare form" and select the field. Next, right-click the field Properties and go to the "Position" tab. Then decrease "Height".
You can select multiple fields, right-click -> Properties -> Position => Height and specify a height so all are set to the same height.
(Tried to add a screenshot but unsure if I added it at all, or 3 times!)
Hope this helps!

@Archita Dasgupta Hi, I got excited when I read your message that this issue could be resolved...but unfortunately it doesn't work for me because the height of 2 of my text boxes is much larger due to the fact that more copy needs to be typed in that cell that it's linked to.
If you have any ideas for a workaround, or a new feature has come to light since your 2022 post I would be grateful to know about it.
Thanks in advance :)
