Merging notes from multiple lines

Hi All,

New to Smartsheets. I have found that several projects are appearing more than one time (accidental dupes). I'd like to merge all the notes together for each of the lines to get rid of the dupes. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks.

Not sure I follow.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])
