Attachment in Alerts (without attachment as trigger)

Hi Everyone,

We have an intake form which is filled by our design team with project details and drawings as attachment.

Once received, we review the details and allocate a project manager (PM). We have set up an alert to be triggered to the concerned PM once he is allotted the project.

We want the drawings to be sent along with the alert as it is the most critical part. But since the trigger for this alert is assigned column, we are not able to send the attachment.

Or we would have to send the attachments separately or give access to this intake sheet to project managers, both of which is not feasible.

Is there any solution or workaround for this?

As a workaround, you can send it as an Update Request instead, and then you can include the attachments.
