Forms within a Sheet

I was hoping to know if it is possible to have a form as a popup? Currently I have checkable flags associated with a risk. I was wondering if it is possible for a form to popup for additional information when one of my team members checks the flag to reflect that there is a risk.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround, you could add a message to another cell to show up when there is a risk with information to add more information or similar.
