Completing Form on Mobile Device without Using the App?
Hi Team,
We have a form we would like to send out to our employees, but it is not mobile friendly. During our testing phases it prompts the user to create a free account when they click on the link. Is there a way for them to access the form directly? The link works on a computer/desktop and no account is needed so please help me to understand why the interaction is different.
Any help or support would be great!
Many thanks,
Sarah

Hi Krissia,
That box is not indicated and after further review users with iOS are able to access, but not Android.
Any thoughts when this can be resolved?

Based on your settings, it sounds like Krissia's suggestion of opening the link in a browser app instead of the Smartsheet app (by pressing-and-holding on the form link and choosing a browser) may be the best way for your mobile users to open the form.
I've tested and this should work on both iOS and Android to bypass logging in to the Smartsheet Application and skip receiving a prompt to create an account. (See our Help Center article on opening forms with an Android, here.)
If your users are still having issues, at this point you may want to reach out to Smartsheet Support with screen captures of what they're seeing and a detailed explanation of how the link is being sent out to them so that Support can work with you one-on-one about this.
Cheers!
Genevieve
