scrolling left to right

I typically use an HP laptop to access my smart sheets, however due to tech issues with the HP I am using a Mac desktop. On the HP there is an a ribbon on the bottom to scroll left and right through my SS. On my Mac this ribbon is not there. How can I access this ribbon/arrow scrolling bar?

In newer versions of OSX, Apple made the decision to hide scroll bars unless you are actively scrolling. Try scrolling, even though you can't see this ribbon!

If you'd like scroll bars to display at all times, go into System Preferences > General > and set Show Scroll Bars to Always. (Our Help Center has more tips for Mac users, here.)

I am having problems with the hidden scrollbar in SmartSheet. I cannot find a preference to stop this obnoxious behavior. Why would I want to hide scroll bar. I have a 34 inch monitor that does not hold the whole sheet sometimes.
