10,000ft Bulk CSV Upload - dates not importing
Hi,
I'm new to 10,000ft so I may be missing something.
When trying a bulk upload with a .csv file, the start / end dates do not import into 10,000ft. I have tried several different formats, but it still remains blank in 10,000ft.
When I manually enter in the dates in the use profiles and export, they show up just fine.
I have a few hundred resources I need to enter, so the bulk upload is really the way I want to go.
Thanks for any help or direction you can provide,
Chris

Hello @Christ0pher Smith ,
If you are importing users, please ensure your Date Format is YYYY-MM-DD, if importing projects, then please ensure your Date Format is MM-DD-YYYY.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, please reach out to Smartsheet Support here: https://www.smartsheet.com/contact, and provide as much information as possible E.G A copy of your file, steps taken to produce error.
Kindest Regards

Thank you Sean. I had just gotten the same answer back from Smartsheet support the day before your posting but I wanted to say thanks, and to close the loop in case anyone else is searching for this.
Obviously as you open the exported .csv file Excel is "super helpful" by changing the formats for you, so it wasn't 100% clear that the formats had changed and needed to be changed back. And of course I missed this additional link off the "bulk import" instruction page.
Thanks again for taking the time to provide an answer, it is much appreciated,
Chris
