How do I share a dashboard with a large group of people?

I have created a dashboard that I want to share with our entire corporation. Is there a way in the share setting that I can grant view access to everyone that has a @XXXXX.com behind there email address that doesn't require me to add them individually into a group? We have over 2000 employees that this will be shared with and that would take excessive time and effort.

I suspect the best way to do this is to "Publish" the Dashboard. Then you can share the "published link" with anyone in your organization.

Any user who clicks on the link will then be able to view the dashboard.

@Bee Ng -does the back end worksheets also have to be published for viewers to see the data in the dashboard?

Hi @jidun

This depends on what Widgets you have in that Dashboard. For example, if you have a link going to a sheet, then the link would need to be published as well, yes. However if you Metric Widgets (or Charts, or a Report widget) displaying data, then no, the underlying sheet does not need to be shared.

You can test this by Publishing your Dashboard then viewing the link in a different browser or incognito mode to see what published users can see.
