Notifications to unshared users?
Is there a way to set up notifications for users who aren't shared to a smartsheet? Our HR team is trying to set up automated emails to send to employee/manager email addresses in cells for the Status Change Form SmartSheets that we have and for the new Education Reimbursement SmartSheet that we have so that we can keep people in the loop. Unfortunately, we can't give the employees access to the full education reimbursement sheet details and managers access to the status change forms sheet, we just want to notify them of where it is in the process along the way.

Depending on the restrictions within your Organization/Sheet, you may want to use an Alert, as well as use the Unrestricted Workflow Permissions so those not shared to the Sheet can receive notifications.
