Primary column is not combining names.

Hello there,

I have a report that I would like to combine all of the separate job sheets so that management can see where we are in certain jobs. We have separate crews that work on different parts of the job process and would like them to only have access to their respective sheet. Then have all the information come together on a report. However it is separating the jobs and putting them on separate lines. How can I filter them so the primary column sees that they are all one job together.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment

As a possible workaround, you could add a so-called helper sheet and use cross-sheet formulas to collect everything in one row and then report on it.

Could you explain what formulas I could use? Also the crews will be inputting information almost daily and I do not want to have to link the new data everyday, needs to be automatic, which is why I am using the report.

You would need a unique identifier so we can match the information together.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots of the sheet? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

So here are the first two steps in our process. This is all fake test information and is not actually being used for the end product. The image attached in the initial question is where all the data is going. It is meant to be a way to track progress of jobs so everyone knows what else need to be done.
