Worksheet - Template - Workflow - Data Base
i All,
i am trying to use a worksheet template for data entry in the following way:
- User to open the template from a dashboard
- Once template is completed - workflow for review / approval
- Once approved --> data line to be added in to a database
My problem now is that the template contains cross sheet formulas, and they are not carried over once i use it as template.
Also i do experience that the links out to the database are not functioning and it wont add an additional line once the workflow is triggered.
Any ideas what went wrong?

If you use save as new the sheet can retain the cross-sheet formulas.
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
