Dashboards - Expand and Collapse widgets?

I'm sure someone has asked this before, but I couldn't find it.

The Ask: I have various widgets on a single dashboard - it is pretty awesome, however, it looks too busy and I would like to collapse some (as a setting) since it can be distracting (e.g. one is a Gantt, one is a task list, etc).

Is there a way to do so? I guess I could do another dashboard that has nothing on it but linked widgets, and as they click on an widget, link it to a new dashboard this is identical except that I have added in a widget to make it look like it "expanded"? Hmmm...that would be 6 dashboards since I have 6 widgets on the "master".

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
