Using a Jira imported column as Card View?
Hello,
I love the card view in Smartsheet and I am using it for issues logging and release planning. For one of my issues logs I am using the Jira connector to populate the underlying line items into the sheet. One of the imported values is Sprint Name, which I want to use for my card view so we can visualize which issues are slated to be fixed in which sprint, but it is not available in my "View By" drop down. If I try to add it using Edit Lanes, I get an error saying the column already exists.
I have set the field to be a dropdown so I think it should be available in the View By drop down, right? Is the fact it is imported from Jira causing the issue?
Thanks!

Hello @Jessica Jones ,
This Column thats set as a Dropdown, is it a Multi Select, or Single Select? For the Column to be recognized, it must be set as a Single Select.
Additionally, I would preset the Values within the Column Properties, save the Sheet, and then re-attempt to add this as a lane.

Hi Sean,
Changing the dropdown to single select fixed the problem! Thank you so much!
