How do I change the sender name

I built a sheet for a team member who owns a process. As the sheet owner, my name appears as the sender for updates and alerts. Recipients may not open the email because they do not associate me with the process, meanwhile they think the process has not started because they are looking for an email from my team member. The team member is not a licensed smartsheet user so I cannot transfer ownership of the sheet to her. I just need to be able to display her name "team member via smartsheet <automation@app.smartsheet.com>"

Hi @Ninnet Bowman. Currently this is not a possibility. As an avid Smartsheet user, I have been advocating for this function as well. Please add this as an Enhancement Request with your specific use case so we can influence this feature together! The more users that submit the same request with their use case, the more visibility it receives.
