Sync Error

I am getting the following error trying to sync a Google Form to a Smartsheet:

 

Error: Start Send (create sheet): Exception: Request failed for https://api.smartsheet.com/1.1/token returned code 400. Truncated server response: {"errorCode":1071,"message":"Invalid Grant. The authorization code or refresh token provided was invalid.","error":"invalid_grant"} (use muteHttpExceptions option to examine full response)

 

 

Any ideas?

    Hi SteveL, it would be easier to troubleshoot your issue by contacting the Support team. Sometimes these issues require exchanging personal information and the Support team would be better at providing personalized troubleshooting steps.
