Hello,

How to brand emails to company only and remove related SmartSheet branding references and text Like the information in email footer and the word

Also The update emails sent from smartsheet shows the sender name followed with ( user_name via Smartsheet ) in from space

How to remove ( Via SmartSheet ) ?

    There currently isn't a way to remove Smartsheet branding from automated emails sent out from Smartsheet, either from the footer or the subject line (saying "via Smartsheet").

    As an alternative, you could potentially connect Smartsheet with a third party application, such triggering a connection to a different email integration, using an application like Zapier.

    Hi @Waleed

    If you're talking about Smartsheet Automations, then yes, you can set up Alerts to be sent to Microsoft Teams (see here), or to your Slack channel (see here), or Workplace chat (see here). There's a list of different Apps and Integrations in our Help Center, here. However, please keep in mind that all of these options will also show Smartsheet branding in some way, since this is where the information is coming from.

    My suggestion above was to look into using a different application not affiliated with Smartsheet to be the one to send the data. To do so, you could use Zapier to collect the data from Smartsheet and then give that information to some other application, such as MailChimp. Which app you choose will be up to you (see the Zapier page on this, here).
