Viewing and commenting on proofs

Hello,

Has anyone else had trouble viewing or commenting on proofs lately? When I click on the proof icon for a row with a document attached, the document I am trying to comment on appears to be loading but never actually loads.

I've attached a screenshot below.

Just to clarify, I am using a free account and my company has granted me "edit" access to this sheet. The sheet owner has also clicked the "Allow Download" box.

Strange!

Try the following, and if it still doesn’t work, and If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.

Try another browser
Try the browser in incognito/private mode
Try on another computer

Did any of those options work/help?
