Embed Web Content (Internal Website) on Dashboard

Hi Community ~ I'm trying to embed web content (from an internal company website) on a dashboard. We have added it as a trusted domain in Admin center and enabled the web content widget in security and controls. I was able to embed it but it won't display. I get a message saying that the domain (which is an internal company website) refused to connect. What am I missing? Is there another setting or control that I have overlooked? Any thoughts / guidance is appreciated. Thanks ~ Stephanie

Hi @Stephanie Jordan ,

It's a security issue. Smartsheet is coming in from an AWS server external to your internal (intranet) domain. Without authentication and a secure connection (VPN) it will be blocked. I've had similar issues and haven't found a solution. Lots of smart people in the community. Maybe someone has figured it out.

Anyone have any further knowledge of this? I'm trying to link to our SharePoint documents page within a SS Dashboard and same issue as Stephanie - it won't display.
