Automatic Workflow Email Trigger for Dependency Rows

Do we have the option to send an email alert to the next person in the activity once the prior activity is marked as completed? I tried to do this using the "Request for Update, but this doesn't work. Could you please help?

Can you share a screenshot of your sheet with column headings? There should be a couple ways to do this. Seeing your sheet will help me give you the best answer.
