Form submission email

I have created a new form to collect information for Project Change Requests (PCR). The form auto generates the PCR ID and does a lookup to another sheet for the project name based on the project ID input by the user. Is there any way to include the PCR ID and Project name in the email that is sent to the user upon submission of the form?

You can add a workflow that would send after the submission is received, and you could combine it with Placeholders to send out a nicer looking alert. (if the user has to be logged in to submit the form, you can use the Created by column for the contact to send to)

What mechanism are you currently using to send the email to the user? Is it where they click the box on the form and ask for a copy, or is it an automation alert based on creation of new row (or some similar trigger)? If it's the latter, then yes, specific cell information can be included. If it's from the form, you might consider eliminating that and using an automated alert that allows for that information to be inserted in the email. You may find this information helpful.
