Document Builder not mapping into form fields

Hi folks,

Just before Christmas I started playing with the Document Builder to generate our supervisors' monthly reports and it was working a treat, but I've just come back and tried to generate a report and some fields are coming up empty, even when there is text in there. Has anyone experienced this issue and might know why it's happening?

Thanks Andrée, it's a bit of a pickle for sure! I've contacted Smartsheet Support and will let you know if we manage to get to the bottom of it.

If your configuration was working and has suddenly stopped, please contact Smartsheet Support with screen captures of your issue (identifying at what date/time this started occurring) along with a copy of the document you are mapping to so they can troubleshoot this with you in a private channel.
