Card View settings
Hi
I am unable to amend the Card view options settings on my request tracker sheet. I have tried going to settings and ticking the options I want added, but these are not appearing in the Options list.
The sheet I am using is amended from the Customer request tracker sheet supplied for a Smartsheet tutorial. Please can I have suggestions?

What permission level are you using to access the sheet?

I am the owner of the sheet and working on All levels in card view.

I think this is the sort of issue that one needs to see to understand fully - if you'd like a quick zoom so that you can explain and demonstrate the issue, I'd happily have a look at it with you?

Thanks for getting back to me and for the offer of help. I will try generating the sheet from scratch - shouldn't take too long and see if this will resolve the issue - it could be something to do with the tutorial sheet which I used as a template. Otherwise, I will get back to you.
