Saving a folder of sheets with hyperlinks

Hi All,

I have a folder full of sheets. Each time my company gets a new client I do a Save As and put all those sheets into that client's workspace. I have a checklist sheet in this folder that has hyperlinks to other sheets in the folder. When I "Save As New" the hyperlinks stay with the blank sheets and not the newly saved sheets in the client workspace.

Is there a way to have those hyperlinks update as I save or would I have to go in and relink the hyperlinks every time I save new files to a client?

I am guessing this is as clear as mud!

Yes, there is.

If you add the links to the other sheet using the Hyperlink option, select the, Link to other Smartsheet: instead.

Thanks for the note, Andree. That is actually what I did and the hyperlinks stayed with the original files and not the saved ones. I ended up just putting notes in my checklist telling the user to see a certain file.
