Changing the name on Automation emails?
Everytime a user gets an email through an automation it says it's from our sys admin.
So it'd say eg: John Smith via Smartsheet ([email protected])
This is an issue as our sys admin 'John smith' is nothing to do with that specific email automation, but because it was set up by him or he is the sys admin, it's his name that it uses.
This seems to happen with every automation (we have a quite a few) and we'd like to change it to something more generic. We've just gone to an Enterprise plan, so there may be some extra functionality that could do this that we've not discovered yet.
How would we go about doing this?
