11 new rows always pop up even after deleted

hi all

anyone have similiar problems?

these empty rows keep appeared even after deletion. i havent create any automation

and the properties also cannot be seen

    You will always have several rows at the bottom to make it easier to enter new data from the sheet.

    I like to use an Auto-Number column that assigns a Sequence Number to rows that have data. If there is a row that data was entered into then deleted, the Sequence Number would be assigned automatically. You can also use conditional formatting where Seq Number is NOT blank, and other rows ARE blank color the row gray. The gray rows would then be deleted to remove the cell history.
