When using a form for input, can I add multiple rows?
I am using a form to input 'New Items to be added to the POS'. Process: a form is filled out by C-Store associates when a new vendor order comes in and some of the merchandise is new and not in our POS (This means that the register has no price for the new merchandies). The form is a way to alert Accounting to add the new item to the POS. Once added, a message goes back to the store to let them know to refresh their price book and the item is added.
The problem is that multiple items can be 'new' in an order. Is it possible to have the ability to add multiple lines to a sheet from a form?

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

so the use of two forms would be transparent to the user? Can you show me how to do this?

I have the same need. I need to create a 4 weeks training schedule. Each week has its set of tasks that need to be executed at a specific time (time is consistent for the 4 weeks).
@Andrée Starå Would you solution resolved my problem?
Thanks in advance

@Andrée Starå Is it too late for me to email you for info on multiple inputs on a form?
