Embed Smartsheet Grid to Confluence through Html Macro
Hello,
I'm looking to to embed a Smartsheet grid into Confluence but in a way a Confluence user can see the content without logging into Smartsheet.
I've published the page and copied the embed code then pasted it into the html code in confluence. You can see the sheet in Confluence so long as you're logged into Smartsheet but if you're logged out or a user does not have Smartsheet credentials they can't see it. Is there a solution for this?
Thank you!

Double-check the Access Control setting in the Publish settings, so it's set to, Available to anyone with the link.
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

These are my publishing options. I've tried Read Only - Full and even if I embed that into Confluence someone has to be logged into Smartsheet to see it, i'm looking to make it available to individuals who don't have access.
Thank you!

Happy to help!
When you select an option, there are more settings for access.
Did you find it?

@Andrée Starå Ah! I see what you're talking about under Access Control. If the option is not there, what needs to be changed in settings for that "Available to any one with the link.." to be available.

Hi Natalia,
I know that it's been some time since you last made your question but I thought an answer may be useful to other users.
I have just conducted a test and I was able to embed the grid to Confluence. This is what I did, similarly to what Andrée already pointed out.
Note that I'm using an app from the Atlassian Marketplace that embeds Smartsheet content in a much faster and responsive way.
- Publish the grid
- Select the third option: Edit by anyone
- Click on Get Link
- Copy the embed link
- Then, simply past the link in Confluence and the app will do the rest.
Hope this helps!
