Adding Data from Sheet to Comment Mention E-mail Alerts

Hi,

Is there any way to add data to the comment mention e-mail alert beyond just the primary cell? We have staff that are primarily using the mobile app and not having more information about the specific row beyond the deidentified episode ID makes it difficult for them to locate the patient in question. Thank you.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Hi Andree, thank you for the response! We use placeholders for our automations. How would we apply that to the auto-generated automation e-mail that goes out when someone tags someone in a comment?
