Links to update

Hello! This is my first question so apologies in advance if I don't word this correctly- I'm attempting to figure out if there is a way through automation workflow, to keep the update links from expiring. My team member was sent an update form, filled it out, submitted it, and moments later they realized they forgot to add something- when they went back, they received a message that read "this link had already been used" - is there a way I can send them update requests that do not expire, through automation workflow? I can't imagine needing to manually resend.

@Giulia Ingrao You can create an automated workflow to ask for an update. This automation can include the link to the actual sheet/row, so that one shouldn't expire.

Thank you for your answer!! would this mean they have access to the sheet? I worry there would be an issue with the formulas that are already in the cell!
