How to copy emails into comments?

I am not sure if this is an option yet or will be at some point. But I would like to have a unique email address per row in a Smartsheet. So as we have email conversations I can cc a unique email such as (UserIDSheetRow@smartsheet...) and that email would be stored in the comments section. Is this an option or soon to be one?

Or is there any other way to achieve this without copying and pasting the email content into a comment.

I know you can start a email thread through Smartsheet and then you can reply to it but my clients are having a tough time doing this and just send me emails. So when I respond I would just include that unique email so I know it is recorded.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a possible workaround, it might be possible to create something with a 3rd party solution, like Zapier.

Is that an option?

How many clients could you need to send to?
